The Groves

The Groves is a 533-unit resident owned senior (55/45+) mobile home community on approximately 72 acres of land, located in Irvine California. Our community is owned and managed by The Groves Homeowners, Inc., a California Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation. The Corporation was formed March 7, 1986 for the purpose of acquiring and operating the Groves Mobile Home Park. When you buy in the Groves you are purchasing a home and a Share in the Groves Homeowners, Inc. Ownership of the share provides you the right to enter into an agreement with the Corporation to occupy a home site within the community, as well as becoming an overall owner of the Park.  It also affords you other rights and privileges specified in the Member Agreement.

Our Groves Community is operated by The Groves Homeowners, Inc. using a Board of Directors structure made up of Groves' residents. The Board employs a Community Manager to manage day-to-day activities.

The Groves Mobile Home Community

Our pool area is a very active part of life in The Groves.  From Aquacise classes daily to pool parties on weekends and holidays, to that late night dip, makes this area a real community favorite.  

Our Sheltered Jacuzzi is a great place to relax! Men's and Women's locker rooms are located adjacent to this area, and inside each are showers and Dry Saunas. The jacuzzi is heated year round providing an exceedingly comfortable temperature for all to enjoy.

Our indoor Jaccuzi  is a great place to relax! 

Our community, realizing the importance of exercise in active senior living, has made sure we have a great exercise room.  This room has all newer equipment  (from exercise equipment to free weights to treadmills, exercise bikes, and more) with genuine healthy senior life in mind.  

The Groves Woodshop Club sponsors our community woodshop.  This fully equipped shop is available to all Club members. From the novice to the craftsman, all are welcome to join the woodshop club.  It is excellent for hobbiests and those wishing to work on home improvement tasks.  Women are welcome to join as well.    

Our Community Park is 7 acres of lush green grass and many mature shade trees. A wonderful location for hosting community and family events.  With 3 covered picnic areas, 9 hole putting green, rose garden, bocce ball court, and horseshoe pits, it's just awaiting your next event.  Our community park is just one more place to enjoy within our property. 

Our Groves Garden Club hosts the Community gardens. Members of this club have the opportunity to have a space in our gardens for their use.  It is a great area to enjoy the outdoors, fresh air and socialize with other gardeners within the park.

The Lawn Bowling Green is hosted by the Groves Lawn Bowling Club. Most mornings you will see members from this group playing on the green.  The Groves has hosted many international, national as well as local tournaments. Teams from as far away as Ireland, Switzerland, Scotland and even Australia have competed and thoroughly enjoyed our hospitality and bowling green.
